Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?

Yes. Leaf CRM is billed monthly or yearly, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. If you downgrade, all your data will still be available, but you will only have access to features included in your new plan until you upgrade again.

I'm already using another CRM. How can I move my data to Leaf?

You can bulk-import your existing leads, contacts, and pipeline data via CSV or Excel from day one. For Pro and Enterprise customers, our team can also help map your fields and assist with the migration to avoid missing data.

What happens if I hit the lead record limit on my Starter plan?

You won’t lose any data. You will get a heads-up as you approach the limit, and once you hit it, new leads will pause until you either archive older records or upgrade to Pro. You won’t be charged automatically if you go over. You can choose when to upgrade based on your business needs and usage.

Where is my data stored, and is Leaf CRM compliant with Malaysia's PDPA?

Yes. Your data is hosted on a secure cloud infrastructure, protected with encryption. As a Malaysian-built product, we’re fully compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010, and we don’t sell or share your data with third parties. You own all your data.

Are the prices shown inclusive of SST? What payment methods do you accept?

Prices shown are in USD to customers of all regions. Malaysian customers will be billed in MYR at the current exchange rate, excluding 8% SST where applicable. We accept credit/debit cards, and for Enterprise plans, invoicing with direct bank transfer is available.
