Can a salesperson see other salesperson's leads?

No. Salespeople only see the leads assigned to them. However, if your team is structured into multiple teams with team leaders, each team leader can only see leads within their own team, while managers and admins have full visibility across all teams.

Can a manager set up lead routing without IT involvement?

Yes. Lead routing rules are configured directly inside a campaign you created. As long as managers have an admin account, they can set up round-robin assignment, rules by campaign, or manual assignment in minutes.

Does the salesperson need a laptop to use Leaf CRM?

No. While salespeople can use Leaf CRM on a laptop, it is recommended to use the mobile app for day-to-day work. They can receive leads, log calls, update statuses, and set follow-up reminders directly from their phone, making it ideal for on-the-go sales.

Can I give my marketing vendor access without showing them everything?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include a free Marketer account with limited-access login designed for your external marketing vendor or agency. They can assist with campaign setup, including lead source integration and reporting.

What reports does a manager get out of the box?

Managers get real-time ROAS by campaign, salesperson performance tracking such as response time, follow-ups, and conversions, lead source breakdowns, and full data exports as CSV or Excel. Pro and Enterprise plans also include a Report Builder that lets you choose the metrics you need and create your own reporting view.

Can I have both a manager and salesperson account under the same plan?

Yes. All plans support multiple users with different access levels. The Starter plan supports up to 3 team members, Pro up to 20, and Enterprise is unlimited — so you can mix roles freely within your team size.

Do I need IT support to set the account for my organisation?

No. Leaf CRM is easy to set up. You’ll get an onboarding demo to guide you through the basics, and our Help Centre is available if you need step-by-step guidance. For Enterprise plans, a dedicated Success Manager will support you with personalised onboarding.

Can I upgrade my plan later — from Free to Pro, or Pro to Enterprise?
